Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that this was your experience of working with us. We have introduced boxes in our canteens and an email address for team members to raise any concerns if they want to do so anonymously rather than to raise a formal grievance.

Unprofessional working environment, including inappropriate comments being made regularly. intimidation of staff, excessively micromanaged them and retail assistants were blamed for poor sales and customers not making purchases. Communication skills were poor, with assistants often being ignored, not listened to, interrupted, made to feel unwelcome or disruptive by asking questions. Sudden resignations went unresolved and unreported, as the shop is isolated from senior management and HR.
