Pluspunten
Core is really flexible with staff - there's a lot of respect from the managers with none of the typical office politics I have dealt with before.
People are given the option for either remote or office based and most go for a mix of the two. Again, they are flexible with this and have a four day week option available. Good benefits with bonus, health, pension etc. There's good opportunities to progress and for promotion if that's what you're in to.
Overall a really good working atmosphere and environment.
Minpunten
Not too many - probably more formal training courses and more coordination to have teams meet in the office.
Stretch in resources sometimes especially when delivering projects but we all get there.
