Working for CORMAC is one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had! leadership is unreasonably demanding, management offered zero support, communication was terrible, etc. If I decided to stay for any longer I probably would've gone insane!

Great people working at Cormac

Minpunten

The company does not reward success as they don't understand what it looks like. They are ready to put you on a PIP the second they think you've made a mistake. It's from the top down. Leadership is the problem. Doesn't remember what they've said. But you cannot challenge them. They will fire you if you disagree with them.
