the co workers i had were nice and the restaurant is small so it was never overwhelming

the pay is “service charge” but it is not ever broken down or mapped out for you. i’m positive the owners were pocketing the service charges. why would the bill for a table have a service charge that came out to around $100, but i made $36 dollars in tips? they say it was because they split with the restaurant but there are only 3 servers on the floor and about 5 cooks and one bussers. doesn’t add up.
