- bad working culture - talking about employees in front of others - school like behaviour - bad pay - no opportunities Overall I would not recommend to work here as it is ran like a school and employees are the blunt end of mangers stick when they are in a bad mood. Managers think they are better than the other employees (except Chelsea) and look down on people. There are no opportunities to go up the ladder and it is based on ‘if your face fits’.

We are disappointed to hear that you had this experience. Since CPL was acquired by CGA, the company has seen some favourable changes. We have expanded naturally meaning there is much more room for promotions, as well as an increase in employee benefits such as flexible working and sick pay policies. Regarding your advice to management, pre-acquisition, we prided ourselves on our 50/50 split of men and women in our senior leadership team. Every other job or company feels so much easier, every team is friendlier and more cohesive, everything is just better, because at least it's not CPL. This includes jobs where I was spat at and sworn at. I'd pick these over working here again.

Minpunten

I am not exagerrating when I say I cried every day before heading into work. I didn't last long, because the Managing Director was such a vicious bully who made up for his inability to communicate with mouth-frothing, eye-bulging aggression. That man later went on to be CTO, so good to see talent gets recognised there (/s).
