Reasonable salary Fun team functions and Holiday Party (the best, literally) High energy offices. LA crushes the competition however it looks like Miami is making some improvements. Snacks, Getty's, Good music, depending on who is controlling to Aux potential to make great money if given a good territory OR a great manager, but If you do not have a solid routine, it's tough.

Minpunten

Having at least one female manager, front desk staff member, or HR person in the satellite office would have improved the experience for everyone. The male-to-female ratio in Miami is notably poor, with only 3 women compared to 35 men aged 22-38. While the East Coast Director excels at his role, discussing this issue feels counterproductive. The company is growing, most employees are satisfied, and the holiday parties are a highlight.
