Department colleagues are fine, helpful (still in the same department), 30 days vacay, home office (but other companies got it anyways).

Hierarchy is bad, organization could be better for a company that is 30+y on market! Some group of lead personalities (heads of department and team leaders) having end word, rest of people are just a slaves for a small amount of money (even tough the „gewinn“ is enormous in „grünen Bereich“), really pity!! No promotions, you are just getting additional X tasks, and your „raise“ is that automatically 2-3% that everyone receives. Support in a sense of courses, fresh ideas, new techniques and technologies is missing. It is always as the „Chef“ says, if you don’t agree, well… bye bye from Company as the best option. There are many others too… Average number of years is like 40+. If you are married or family person then it might be fine (maybe), otherwise…. Fresh blood and younger people are missing, big time!!!
