Minpunten
This is only company I have ever worked for that outwardly shows no sense of ethics or respect to their employees or customers. The senior leadership within this company have no experience anywhere else and they all ensure their positions are protected by having around them people that serve. There is a disturbing lack of understanding internally as to what their products and services do - and with the heads of product being so out of touch - this resonates through to sales and support. There is a screaming need for a restructure as all the roles overlap with responsibility and as such no one takes any accountability; simply blaming or expecting someone else to do it. The client service managers, digital brand consultants, strategic account managers and business development managers have no defined differences in what queries they handle for the same customers. There is no continuity in any of the departments or product set alike. The client services team isn't a truely defined support department; and as such they don't measure their effectiveness or lack there of. There's no relief in the enormous queue of client ticket requests and the redundant processes means that those who sit in management positions, have no experience in identifying gaps or the know how to manage change to adapt. There is discrimination and bullying through out the whole company and no transparency even between departments or colleagues that work together. When a manager has someone in their team that shows ambition or acumen; they enlist HR to eliminate them as a threat. Instead of the sales managers concentrating on sales and opportunities, at the most crucial time of the quarterly cycles, you will find them devising and planning a witch hunt on their best performers to dismiss them from their positions. HR completely disregard any employment laws; and with no prior warnings or issue in the past, they cut off the employees access and logins (network and building) before even approaching the employee to inform them of a problem. Employees are then expected to waive any rights to legal action and sign a statement of silence forbidding them to comment on sites like this.
