Pluspunten

CSC is a large company with excellent vision. If you can fit into their culture, then it is likely that you can have a long career here. CSC is financially stable and regardless what obstacles arise, they will remain on the path of becoming the industry leader in the digital asset management and cyber security space.

Minpunten

Every employee completes CSC Workplace surveys. Nevertheless, they influence little change. The morale across key contributing teams has reached an ultimate low. Managers are required to provide feedback on their leader's performance; however, they never receive the opportunity. Therefore, morale will continue to decline, and great employees will leave. CSC will continue to win the Top Workplace in Delaware, but those results would not be the same across other global locations....

Work life balance can be rough during reporting periods but it’s that way anywhere and still better then working in tax

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Minpunten

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
