Good work from home policy. Nice acquisition packages for insourced employees.

Minpunten

No raises in last 5 years - excuse is getting old - "economic / market forces" but the company keeps growing and doing better! Every year a new method of managing the company is "invented" - "this one will be the best and fix the previous mistakes"... but just more of the same - just different people to report to, in another country, that have too many people reporting to them to be in a position to care. For long term employees - now only recognize 15 and 25 years of service.... guess they expect you to leave the company after 25 years!!

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Minpunten

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
