flexibility, people are nice, work life balance is good

Minpunten

Company has been cost cutting for years and years. No budget for anything. Morale is low. Retrenchments are part of Business as Usual. Wages are unfair, not based on merit or promotion. Senior managers are completely out of touch with the people in the company and the CEO is only after his own interests in making the shareholders happy at a huge cost to the employees

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
