You get great overall experience. Learn a lot of how corporations of this kind work. Lots of online trainings open for employees. They have Study benefits but be careful, 1 payment from them equals 1 year of service or payback the money to them.

Minpunten

Benefits are not the best, little to none professional growth. They have non competitive agreement with some companies which would limit your movement to find a better job.

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
