Pluspunten

Kollegiales Verhältnis, Bezahlung gut, Bezahlte Fortbildung, zT sehr gute und fähige Kollegen (inzwischen aber sehr dezimiert dort), zu meiner Zeit noch mit einem offenen mittleren Management (inzwischen aber auch abgetreten)

Minpunten

3 Restrukturierungen in 5 Jahren, Development Team Meetings in denen ausschliesslich die Geschäftsziele CSC besprochen werden. Es ist schade das diese Zeit nicht besser für Teambuilding oder interne Fortbildung genutzt wurde.

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Minpunten

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
