Salaries are paid 1–2 months late
No respect for employees’ financial commitments (EMIs, loans, families)
Leadership is unprofessional, unappreciative, and self-centred
Company is heavily debt-ridden with constant attrition
No learning or growth environment
My full and final settlement has been pending for over 2 months (~₹1 lakh). No responses despite repeated follow-ups. Many former employees are facing the same issue.
If dues are not cleared soon, I will be forced to seek legal recourse through the labour court.
