Pluspunten
CSI was a great place to start your career as they are very good about promoting from within after you have done a fair amount of time (~2 years) in a gateway position. It's a small company, so you end up wearing a lot of hats, which gives you experience in a variety of areas.
Minpunten
The down-side is that once in a higher position, you're kind of stuck there as there is not a lot more room for advancement into the higher levels. The best you could hope for is a lateral move.
