This company also employs those who hurt fellow employees in an inappropriate manner (language Glassdoor won't allow me to use but you get the idea) and victim blames when there is an incident such as this at one of their conferences. There is much favoritism in this company rather than those who strive to produce a quality product for those receiving the final product. Leadership conferences are not taken seriously; when tools are tried to be utilized with more seasoned management, they do not take it seriously, though these are tools that were provided to you.
