Egos and self-promotion not tolerated. True team environment, very collaborative. - community focused, volunteering opportunities during work hours, social activities, fun challenges

      It's a small, private company. If stock options are really important to you, then this might not be the place for you as they just don't exist here. but all other aspects of the pay is good and well rounded, like high base pay, great benefits ($2000 flex spending), 6% RRSP plan and annual bonuses.
