I liked the idea of this company, but not the reality of it. Decent benefits.

I have never taken time out of my day to write a review on former employer until right now. There's good and bad with any company. However, my time with CSafe was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with an employer thus far. I would not recommend such an unprofessional company to anyone, not to potential employees or customers. From the top down, nobody has a clue what they are doing. There's an obvious lack structure and coherence that permeates throughout the entire company. I have never worked for a more chaotic and stressful place in my life. They feed you a dream that "one day" things will magically improve, but nothing ever changes. My first day was just as stressful as my last and I stayed with the company for several years. Management doesn't respect work life balance. You're expected to work over your scheduled shift, weekends, and holidays. Back to back meetings that are completely off topic or made up on the spot because no one actually knows what they're doing. Pointless meetings that leave you with less and less time to get your actual work done. Everyone is miserable and burnt out. Management tracks how you spend every minute of your day. You have PTO, but you are made to feel guilty for actually using it. Management clearly shows favoritism and sexism. The same rules do not apply to everyone. HR has been made fully aware of these issues, as many different people have complained, but they do absolutely nothing about it. This company is not worth the trouble and there's a lot of turnover. I hope by sharing my experience it helps somebody avoid going through the same trauma that I once did. After I finally made the decision to leave this company, I was shocked about how quickly all areas of my life improved.

The teams you will work with as a customer support specialist are great. The products CSafe manufacturers and sells are used for life saving medications. Customers in general are kind and friendly. Compensation is incredible for the role.

Minpunten

Favoritism from the direct customer service manager made every day full of anxiety. Metrics were enforced upon only one member of the customer support team that others were not held to, but only after the company discovered the team member had a disability. Comments were made relating directly to the education level of a customer rep being lower than that of another to justify why they were more deserving of better treatment. When HR was approached regarding these situations the customer support manager and HR aligned against the disabled employee and when they would not leave the company voluntarily, the disabled employee was fired unjustly. No where to go from customer support rep unless you have a backround in logistics. Benefits are absolutely atrocious, expensive and super high deductible.
