-some supervisor’s preference with “friends” employees - many “bosses” and some of them are a waste of salary.

Pluspunten

Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

Minpunten

The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
