Pluspunten

Newer offices with a lot of young energetic professionals. Office Manager is great but some of our EAs are very non-team oriented, crass and try any opportunity they get to steal from the firm.

Minpunten

Low morale, bullying, and Admins that are always 'taking' -- never giving. Very back-stabbing atmosphere. Certain (apples) admins are spoiling the bunch.

The company and its owner provide a very safe workplace with all efforts in finding the perfect fit for each employee and take care of employees during difficult times.

Excellent compensation. A high base salary for a search firm and competitive commission structure.

Minpunten

Limited feedback and mentorship. Room for financial growth but not professional evolution. People don't seem to get reviewed accurately and bad performance is not handled at all.
