No sales support besides the guys in the warehouse testing and packing things. Culture fits all the stereotypes you hear about sales people. C level is completely out of touch. Management starts sweating at the word union and sues their former employees for leaving. Comp plan reworked every year to be worse than the last. Used to be an amazing spot to work but PE ruined this place.
