Young and dynamic work environment - it's really all about the people (not management, rather the employees) who are mostly nice fellows.
Minpunten
Low pay. Lots of people leaving means always dealing with the new ones. Without any visible reasons they are laying off employees after several months of work. Very not ethical - lots of politics within the organization. HR Management - skills needed in employee relations: Cyren has a HR department that fails to be there for their employees time after time. CEO who is huge narcissist , cares more for his ego then for the company needs.
