Guys ,please don't join in any of validation team here ,even HR says like that this team is our best team in cadence ,don't go with hr words in cadence ,if u joined at once no one can help to switch a team . 2. because in validation team work is not productive ,its a useless work ,after that no one considering your profile in VLSI industry (big companies like Intel,amd,Nvidia ,samsung etc ), 3 .Work is like 90s of technology , 4. Managers have lot of ego ,feels like he is only a people in industry that knows everything . 5. so ,please dn't go with brand name ,just go with work ,thats a only important.
