This company values money and profit above all else, and this affects how both staff and patients are treated. Management exhibits a large amount of favoritism and they project their own jealousy and insecurities to younger staff members. However, I think the worst thing about my experience here is that I wasn’t treated like a human being. You’re not allowed to develop the stress, anxiety, and depression that comes with working here and your manager will laugh about your struggles.
