Pluspunten
I enjoy getting my paycheck every two weeks. I also enjoy my cash bonus every two weeks. Some of my coworkers are perform their jobs very well and we are friends outside of the workplace. We are allowed a good deal of flexibility with our schedules in case we need to take some extra time off and to attend school. A few employees take advantage of having the flexibility to take extra time off to take care of their kids.
Minpunten
Management sucks. My boss is too new to the field, makes mistakes that I have to go behind and fix. We seem very disorganized for the amount of sales. There is a general lack of leadership from management and the company owner (too much micro-managing takes place). The workload is often too much for one person in one job title. There are a lot of internal conflicts between employees and even between employees and the owner.
