Pluspunten
The team is filled with a lot of smart people to learn from across the agency. It's definitely has a fast-paced / start-up feel so you can get to learn about a lot of different media channels and platforms - something I really like, having come from other agencies where I felt pigeon-holed a lot of times. The client relationships also feel very strong - clients can be crazy (like everywhere), but they really trust the team's recommendations which definitely makes the work better. And leadership definitely recognizes when people step up on projects, which I appreciate.
Minpunten
The team has grown a lot during COVID. And that can definitely make communication harder at times (internal & with clients) - but I don't think that's unique to Cage Point. The client relationships are also very strong
