All the people in management is terrible. Remember, HR is paid by this company so they are rarely on your side! They micromanage the crap out of you. If you get into an accident don’t expect this company to have your back they will drug test you and dismiss you. They try and cut back on overtime one minute and other times they’ll ask you to Run multiple routes. So basically, if it benefits his company to get the freight out, you can get your hours not 40 hours a week. They basically lie to you. If you can’t find anything else apply, but if you know your worth skip past! Trust me, you can do better way better!
