ACTING... Absolute garbage paint system. Matches ALWAYS suck, and they know. It's all about the monthly sales numbers.

Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
