This company is awesome but there are a few things they need to improve on such as communicating to all staff not just supervisors. Also promotion isn’t based on job performance but rather who the supervisors like personally. Some supervisors take advantage of their exempt status and are not performing at the level their subordinates sometimes not showing up to work or doing personal errands meanwhile taking credit for their staff’s work
