-the new ceo is only money driven, doesn't care about his employees like the former CEO and upper management did -they work managers to the bone- it was normal to do 11+ hour shifts -we had a revolving door on managers because they would either hire people with no experience who would quit when they had to do work or they would hire good people and work them to death so they would quit -they don't care about the mental health of employees or work life balance *In the NorCal region, they hired two managers who would harass girls in the restaurant and were extremely inappropriate *One GENERAL MANAGER got one his employees pregnant and slept with 3+ other employees *Another manager had multiple harassment claims against him but was never suspended, fired or even had these claims addressed *the Regional partner for NorCal was a HORRIBLE and hired both of these managers and let them get away with EVERYTHING Do yourself a favor and never work for this company especially in the NorCal region. They fired everyone who had morals and values and the ones that they didn't fire eventually quite
