Company going through change, changing it's focus (this is also a Pro) and change does scare some folks

Calix is indeed a disruptor and we certainly view this as a very good thing. We are breaking new ground and this requires a workforce that thrives on new opportunities and change. With an expanding pipeline of opportunities spanning service providers of every type, we believe we are well placed to continue building Calix … an all platform company … that is positioned in front of the largest wave of disruption our industry has
experienced. With that said, we will continue to fine tune our processes to create more predictability in our day to day responsibilities as a collective workforce. Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback!

Decent salary. You'll also quickly gain valuable experience in how not to operate on your next job: a lesson that will serve you well in future roles.
Minpunten
Old-fashioned work culture where you're expected to execute without question. Excessive overtime work, release cycles are chaotic, and there's little appetite for improving systems or sustainability, it's all about following orders rather than thinking critically.
