      Great venue if you are looking to work on some great technologies, but not so great compensation.

      Minpunten

      HR just don't care to respond to employees emails, be it urgent or anything.I takes multiple attempts for them to finally respond. Most lousy HR department, I would rate as bad and this greatly affects Calix brand . I have also heard from my friends who have been through the interview and they just dont follow-up with the candidates to update on the status. It is like a black hole nobody knows what goes on.

      I am sorry that you had a negative experience with our HR team here at Calix. You are absolutely correct: not getting back to candidates reflects terribly on our company brand, and we are working hard internally to correct inefficiencies in our hiring process.       Old-fashioned work culture where you're expected to execute without question. Excessive overtime work, release cycles are chaotic, and there's little appetite for improving systems or sustainability, it's all about following orders rather than thinking critically.
