I recently celebrated my 13th anniversary with Calix, and I am truly blessed to be part of the Global Technical Support & Success team. Over the years, I have been fortunate to work under exceptional leadership that is always ready to listen and implement necessary changes based on data-driven suggestions. This commitment to being a data-driven company is something I deeply appreciate, as it ensures that decisions are made objectively and transparently.
