Great place if you are starting in your career. There are a hand full of great managers that will help you grow. Plenty of educational incentives.
Minpunten
Not much room for growth if you are in a higher position. A lot of politics that sour the work environment. Teams are blamed for issued caused by upper management thus causing a high turn over. Support from your superiors is very minimal. Contract to full time hire employees are given empty promises of position and pay, only to be given less pay and a lower position. Work life balance can be difficult as the schedules are usually client driven.
