Minpunten
Bad place to work to gain experience from peers - lack of experienced technical architects. Most projects don't go further than DD. LACK of standards (REVIT, CAD, etc)... everybody does whatever they want. Everything is different from project to project... from sector to sector. LACK of quality control. Promotion process not transparent. Very few promotions on young staff, but a lot of promotions on the higher ranks.... where logic tells me it should be the other way arround. Lot of personal rotation. People seem to move along after 3 years or so...
