Nice office environment, co-workers are nice people. Great benefits. A lot of opportunities to learn if you want, lunch-n-learn, training, etc.
Minpunten
No long term plan to maintain the current employees and frequent layoffs. They tend to layoff a great percentage of ppl when the economic is shrinking but then begin to hire many new comers. What's the point of getting rid of old workers (a lot of them had worked there for over 20 yrs) then after 6 months busy on hiring again? Higher level seldom communicate. If not attending the client meeting, the employee will never know what happen during the meeting.
