Pluspunten

Started ok, ended rough due to slash and burn policy of the current CEO. Granted, he had a job to do with deadwood,bloated management, which arguably has been addressed by laying off about 10% of the workforce.

Minpunten

T*ssers who were more interested in empire building than moving the company forward (mostly gone now) but the damage has been done, The parent company he ave made it clear that it is a simple business ( supplying gas) with no incentive to "modernise" other than the HSE breathing down their necks to see safety improvements.
