Being a remote facility on the other side of the country from Headquarters there are some policies in place that may not be best tailored for the Longmont Site.

Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
