Your sign-on bonus/relocation comes with strings attached. I highly suggest you negotiate that clause out/do not take the relocation. It's used to trap fresh out of college engineers for 1 to 2 years. High turnover. I have never seen staff leave a company so quickly in my life. The turnover is high in every department- from operations, engineering and HR. Due to the high turnover, you will get assigned the work from the previous engineers that left. This creates the cycle of engineers wanting to leave within 1-2 years because of burnout. There is no training program. It's definitely the "trial by fire" method. Management treats other employees differently. Favoritism. You main job is to ensure the production schedule is met. However, the production schedule changes daily-weekly without notice. The project you're working on can get completely changed or get moved to an earlier deadline last minute. This happens frequently.
