I honestly cannot find one good thing to say about this place.

- Cheapskates - Outsource the majority of their work - Horrible work culture - Tech Managers believe they're bigger than what they are. Egos are through the roof for no reason - No career progression at all - Bombarded with work load and expected to slave away 24/7 - So many coasters working in this company but protected due to being favourites - Alot of Nepotism is taking place here too. Alot of people of the higher position are related

Salary is great. You won't make any commission or get paid right away but at least you'll make a decent salary.

Sales processes are broken. They don't have the money to buy tools to help, don't want to take your suggestions on what would work, don't have any sort of training, only want to make numbers look good for investors. I wouldn't come here if you're looking for something stable and to make money. They haven't even figured out their ICP! Take your talents elsewhere.
