Great environment in our San Francisco office! Frequent celebrations, whether its new hire's first day, big deals closing, new features pushing. This group knows how to work hard and play hard. What's even better is that we're building on the amazing culture cultivated by our Sydney HQ over the past 10 years. Being a good person and valuing customers come before any other priorities, and that is showcased when we have visitors from Sydney work out of SF and instantly click with our team. Product wise, we have our vision dialed and it serves a distinct need for marketers who were either over-sold complicated, antiquated platforms, or teams that need to make every resource count and wear many hats. The leadership team is an amazing asset. Very seasoned veterans who have already encountered most challenges we've faced at Campaign Monitor. Across the teams, we have enormous faith in management, and for good reason.
Minpunten
We're a 10 year old Start-Up... Not everything is figured out. We are just now growing the business units of a 10 year old company, and there are many learnings. Its something we are in as a team, and we focus on solving problems vs. dwelling on the challenges. We are trying new tactics and processes, with full knowledge we probably won't nail it the first time... On the plus side, we're having a pretty good time doing so. Good example of this is that the first few Account Executives joined the team before quotas and compensation were even formed... This would be a red flag for most sales people interviewing at a company, and comp changes cause tons of headache in any established company. This highlights the reasons most of us have joined Campaign Monitor... The opportunity for personal/career growth in this company, the trust our managers have earned from us from the beginning, and how much we enjoy coming in to the office every day.
