12yIn response to the review, rather than refute all of the inaccuracies, I feel it is more important to take the opportunity to mention that Campfire, as a company, has an open door policy and the owners and managers are always available to discuss any concerns from current employees or address any concerns that a potential candidate might have if considering employment with Campfire. It is also important to mention that we are a small company with an outstanding retention rate, with the majority of our employees having been with us for more than 5 years. That being said, we are always looking to add talented and hard-working people to our team.

We are always interested in understanding an employee’s perspective and are willing to work together to identify ways to improve the work environment for all of the employees.
