The work environment here is awesome. People come to work with a great attitude and ready to work. Besides work, employees know how to balance in a fun aspect. This Company holds many company events throughout the year as well as weekly ping pong tournaments/ happy hour.

Minpunten

One thing I might point out is that in order to get paid good money here you must work hard. Well this isn't really a con right? If you are working might as well be giving a 150% right? Right! So don't expect to do little here and then get paid a bunch for your lack of motivation.

I worked with two different recruiters from the Portland office and they were both amazing. Communication was always really quick, they took care of all the interview scheduling, etc. As a graduate with little to no real experience, the jobs posted to CampusPoint were a lot better targeted for someone like me than on other job sites. Finding a job during a pandemic is difficult but they made the process so much easier for me.

Minpunten

The pay for some positions may be a little low but I'm guessing that may have to do with recruiter fees?
