When push comes to shove, they are complicit in enabling a nightmare environment. Human Resources: No Heart It’s a cliché that "HR is not your friend," but this team takes it to a new level of coldness. Even when presented with documented harassment and discrimination—the kind of issues that invite expensive lawsuits—they do absolutely nothing to protect the individual.
