Deployments can be long. If you have small children it is difficult to maintain a good work/ life balance.

The people are lovely for the most part, and work hard

Minpunten

The organization is the definition of an inflexible workplace with 100% bureaucracy. The policy's and procedures don't allow for successful projects, and alienate communities and other organizations
