Lack of work,repetitive recalling numbers multiple times,boring. No raises or benefits. They lie About big projects that last only a few days. You can never get a hold of management above your supervisor. No work before Christmas so you have no money.3 to six months wait between projects. High turnover rate because there No consistent work. It's not part time but casual labor. They change shift start times all the time.

regular employees are decent and the job itself is not very hard. diverse team.

you have to work A LOT of overtime. they do not believe in work life balance. managers and executive team always breathing down your neck and can be passive aggressive. they don't pay a lot for the amount of pressure they put on you.
