Some good folk. Most people that work here only put up with the company because they don't really have a choice due to personal constraints.
Minpunten
Management is a joke. Horrible, self centered. No respect for employees. Only consider working here is you are a "yes" person. There is no encouragement of free thought. If you disagree with anything management have to say, they will threaten to fire you and then plan a stratergy to do so. The company claims to care about employee development but this is far from the case. No chances of internal career advancement. They would rather put their money on someone new that advance people who have worked for the company for years.
