Leadership has aggressively cultivated a culture of fear, intimidation, and dishonesty. There are constant thinly veiled improvement initiatives which go nowhere because there is no commitment. In fact, the only commitment in this firm appears to the leadership's commitment to enrich themselves at the expense of those who actually work on projects. The organization is extremely top heavy with folks who no longer seem to have any real responsibility to either the clients or to their own project teams.
