Great location near MRT station and great working environment.

Can't really think of any cons temporarily

Got some good licenses and tech innovations but business strategies were poorly executed.

Management (the founder) is clueless, has no business acumen, and lacks management skills. Company has some nice and smart people, but also some really low quality hires.
