Ridiculous expectations for getting stuff done. They give you 80 hours worth of work and expect it to get done within 40 hours. Can’t do it? Then they push overtime on you and ask you to work weekends and holidays but they frame it in a way where they are “suggesting” it but they’re not. They have no other option but to force you to take on a higher workloads because they’re too cheap to hire new employees. I’d rather work at McDonalds than here. They don’t give a flying f*ck about you.
